For all appointments, we require cancellations to be received at least one business day prior to the scheduled appointment. This allows the front desk to notify your practitioner and to offer those on our wait-list enough time to fill the empty slot.
When scheduling with Dr. Autumn Farr or Dr. Emily Sharpe, please keep in mind that all cancellations must be received at least one-business day prior to the scheduled appointment. Both doctors have long wait lists of patients who need to be seen as soon as possible. Cancelling at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment allows the front desk to fill your appointment. Failure to cancel your appointment in time will result in a $50 fee for the first time that will be added to your account balance. Any late cancellations or no-shows after the first time result in a fee equivalent to the price of the scheduled appointment.
